We're convinced this location has the very best view in all of St. Louis. We really enjoyed our stay. This unit is on the top floor, so no noise from above neighbors. There's a train that goes by pretty frequently and you can hear it if you're listening for it, but it wasn't loud enough to affect our sleep or be bothered by it. Surprisingly quiet for its downtown location to be honest, and we stayed over New Years Eve. I don't know if it's worth mentioning, but we felt very safe as well. Zero issues for safety concerns and even outdoor areas were very clean / no homeless people in sight. I can't remember if the listing mentions it, but there's a yummy cafe 10 steps from the building entrance and it also has a grocery store attached. Between that, the beautiful views, comfortable accommodations, and easy communication, it was a perfect trip. Side note - parking was really easy and convenient. Us Texans aren't used to January STL cold, so we were grateful that parking worked out so well.

This place far exceeded my expectations - from the location near to Gateway Arch, panoramic view of the Mississippi River, very clean, spacious, ample facilities e.g., cutlery, towels, laundry. It's well worth the money spent. Even my friend who came over was very impressed by this. Plus, Rachel is very responsive host. Thank you so much!

You won’t find better views! There’s a great cobblestone market downstairs. Only a 6 minute walk to the arch or a 10 minute walk to America’s Center. One of the coolest lofts we’ve stayed in for a trip.

Our loft is ideally located for exploring St. Louis on foot—just a short walk to the Gateway Arch, Convention Center, and downtown attractions. Rideshares are readily available, and the nearby MetroLink station offers easy access to the airport and other city highlights. Secure parking is available at an adjacent private lot for an additional fee.
