★STAIRS: This is a historic building and does not have an elevator - this unit is on the 3rd floor, with 2 flights of stairs from street level or 1 flight of stairs from the rear entrance. ★ PETS: No Pets Allowed ★ CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway) , WIFI unit door locks have cameras and these cameras record 24/7 ★ ★ PARKING: Parking is available in a secure nearby garage for $25 per night. Street parking is not permitted in Laclede's Landing, and overnight parking is not available without a pre-purchased parking access card. Parking must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability.
