We had the best time. Loved the loft. It had such a cool vibe and was in an easy to navigate area that felt safe. The loft was spotless and looked brand new. Great amenities that were extremely organized. Reading parking instructions is important for you to know what to do and how to use the parking card for entering and exiting the lot. Definitely recommend and will stay here again next time we’re in town.

An Incredible Place.
Located on historic downtown St. Louis, it is a beautiful restoration of the Trader Builder that thoughtfully preserves and showcases its industrial character. The design highlights the building’s original structure while adding a refined sense of charm throughout.
Access is well-controlled, providing a safe and comfortable stay. The décor is excellent—both stylish and comfortable—and complements the building perfectly. The space was very clean, well-appointed, and fully stocked with everything needed.
Overall, an excellent place that I truly enjoyed. Great value, great location, and a great host. I would gladly return and will be recommending it to family and friends.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. It was walking distance (within 1 mile) of most everything we wanted to do in St. Louis. The place was super nice and elegant. Would stay here again.
