We offer parking for $35 per night, or a 7-day parking pass for just $75. The secure parking includes 24/7 unlimited in and out access. It’s a simple and secure way to enjoy the city without the hassle of hourly parking fees.

We had an unexpected stay in St Louis due to a medical emergency and this apartment turned out to be a haven for us. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Joel was extremely helpful and very responsive. Bed is very comfortable & kitchen well equipped. There are also a couple of restaurants a few minutes walk away & a great coffee shop/deli. The Arch is also only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed in a ground floor apartment & we did experience noise on a couple of nights from people in the apartment above so the sound proofing could be better.

Check in was easy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything was set up for me and all the information that I needed was given. It's perfect for a long or short stay in St. Louis. All the amentities that you would need are provided. Location is great for walking to the arch, convention centre, the dome or to watch St. Louis Cardinals. It also has the metro very close by to get anywhere around town, to get to forest park and to the airport, which is great. It was a very comfortable and clean place to stay. 2nd time I've stayed in a place with these people and everything has been perfect and I would definitely stay again. Having to leave the place. Apart from that there's nothing I didn't like.

The apartment was clean, furnished nicely and Rachel was an excellent host. Use the paid parking, it is gated and close to unit. It is across the street from one of the casino entrancesand also close to the arch and walkable for events at the Archway Park. All basic essentials ( coffee pods, tea, dishwasher pods, shampoo etc.)were available at the loft unit.

Loved the space, so close to the arch, boat, park and, America's dome as well.The casino was really close to the location and you could walk under in aircondition walkway to get to Americas dome . The loft had enough space for me and my family. Two TVs, one for the kids to watch in the bedroom and the other in the lounge room for the adults. Also the couch was a pullout bed which helped when we had a cousin drop by. The loft had everything you needed to cook up a storm.Stayed there for 14 days felt right at home. Saw the 4th of July celebrations by the River So close.The location location location was perfect.Will stay there again. Not much, everything was convenient.
