Coffee: We provide a Keurig Duo coffee maker with starter pods. For more options, a coffee shop is conveniently located on the main floor of the building. Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the loft, perfect for streaming or remote work. Security: For your safety, the apartment building is equipped with security cameras. These are located on the building exterior (facing the front door), in all interior hallways, and on the Wi-Fi unit door locks. All cameras record 24/7. ★ PARKING: Parking is available in a secure nearby garage for $25 per night. Street parking is not permitted in Laclede's Landing, and overnight parking is not available without a pre-purchased parking access card. Parking must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability.

Rideshares are readily available, and the nearby MetroLink station offers easy access to the airport and other city highlights. Secure parking is available at an adjacent private lot for an additional fee.
