★STAIRS: This is a historic building and does not have an elevator - this unit is on the 3rd floor, with 2 flights of stairs from street level or 1 flight of stairs from the rear entrance. ★ PETS: No Pets Allowed ★ CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway) , WIFI unit door locks have cameras and these cameras record 24/7 ★ PARKING: One gated spot will be included with your reservation.

We had a great stay as my daughter attended Shutterfest at Union Station. It was a quick and easy drive there each day and I enjoyed walking the trails by the arch each morning and by the river.

Fantastic place!!! Highly recommend. Plenty of places to walk to shop eat and sight see. Right across the street from the Edward Jones Dome! Love this place and its host!

We loved our stay here! It is a few minute walk from the Arch, 10/15 min walk to restaurants downtown, 20 min walk to Busch Stadium. There is also a metro stop a couple blocks away. It’s by the interstate so it’s very easy to get to from out of town, or a quick drive to anything in the city. It’s close to so much and yet the neighborhood itself has a quieter feel. There’s a great coffee shop around the corner for breakfast/lunch. The place itself was exactly as described. It had everything we could need and more. It was very comfortable, well furnished, and cute. There is a house manual that is very extensive, it had all the info needed explained very clearly, so we didn’t need to reach out to Rachel for anything, but she was still great about checking in with us. Parking was really convenient. There’s a lot a block or so away that you get a pass for, so you can come and go as you please. If we find ourselves in St. Louis again, we’ll definitely stay here again!

I loved how close the apartment is the the Riverfront and National Park. It's a quieter part of town, but a short drive from bars/restaurant. The unit itself is comfortable, clean, and as described.

Rideshares: Uber & Lyft are readily available - use 813 N. 2nd Street for your pickup address Public Transportation: The MetroLink 'Laclede's Landing light rail stop is right down the street, and offers easy access to the airport, convention center, Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, and other metro attractions.
