Street parking is not permitted in Laclede's Landing, and overnight parking is not available without a pre-purchased parking access card. Parking must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability. ★ PETS: No Pets Allowed ★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays under 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed. Long-Term Stays (over 28 nights): $300 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed. ★ CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway) , WIFI unit door locks have cameras and these cameras record 24/7

★ Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and public transportation is readily available, or your feet will get you around just fine. The MetroLink light rail system has a stop right down the street for easy access to the major downtown attractions and central corridor. ★ One Parking Spot in Gated Parking Lot Behind the Building
